Tracking Information

WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
After packing your order, we will only print your shipping label on the day we ship. That means, when we send you your tracking number, we’re sending your goodies out that day to the postal office! If you receive tracking number over the weekend, your order will ship out next business day, excludes holidays.

Once dropped off to the carrier, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. It is then in the carrier’s responsibility to scan your package to further update your tracking information.

We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Thank you for being patient and understanding.
