RETURN POLICY
 


CANCELLATIONS:
• Please contact the shop within an hour of the purchase to request cancellation.
• If you wish to cancel an order, or change it to something else, it must be completed before item(s) are shipped.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
• For sanitation purposes, all opened skincare products are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
• At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds if the package has already been shipped and/or delivered. If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES:
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If you received a faulty (dropper/spray head not working properly), please contact us directly.
• Any items damaged during shipping must be verified by the carrier, as we are not liable for the damages they caused. Items need to be approved before sending them back for return.

WRONG ADDRESS & “RETURN TO SENDER”:
We are not responsible for wrong address inputs, we auto generate and send our merchandise to the address the customer inputs into checkout. If you input the wrong address during checkout, or need it to be changed, please reach out to us ASAP so we can change it before we ship it. If the items are already shipped, but still in transit, please reach out to the courier and us to see what our options are. We are not responsible for shipping costs lost if the package is returned to sender.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
